Dog suitability and requirements
- Dogs must have up-to-date vaccines and accurate health, temperament, behavior, medication, and routine information.
- A 24-hour assessment or introductory step may be required before daycare, boarding, or longer care.
- We may decline, pause, or end care where a dog is not a suitable fit, where information is incomplete or inaccurate, or where safety, welfare, or household compatibility is a concern.
Owner responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, emergency contacts, food, medication instructions, veterinary details where needed, and any other information that helps us care for your dog safely.
You remain responsible for your dog's behavior, health needs, and costs arising from veterinary treatment, damage, or exceptional care unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices, payment, and cancellation
Prices shown on the website are guide prices and may change. Final service details, payment timing, cancellation terms, discounts, and any extra costs should be confirmed directly before care begins.
